  1. @Pioneer1Too bad you don't practice what you preach, always stickin you nose in abstract conversations between Del and me, and posing silly irrelevant questions that prove you aren't an abstract thinker. Get outta here. i don't know anybody who rambles and goes way off the subject any more than you, the consummate straw man. . The only i reason i came here was because i saw Rodney had posted. i ordinarily bypass your posts unless somebody interesting contributes. The comments i made were very relevant to what Rodney said after he neutralized your prosaic drivel that proved humans beings aren't getting smarter. . You're just afraid he might answer me, and leave you and your superficial IQ agape. LOL Hi, Rodney! ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿฝ๏ธ
  2. Requesting a Book Review of my fourth self-published book: I wrote you 37 Letters. Thank you in advance for your feedback, interest and support. Dear Chocolate Brutha, Dear Black Beauty, Dear Bathroom Facilities, Dear Anonymous Lover, Dear Random Thoughts, Dear Hennessy, Dear Mood Swings, Dear Son, Dear Life, Dear Sweet Angel of mine, 40 years, 7 Days, 2 Hours and a Kiss, Dear... For years, I let my pride, stubbornness, strong will, ego & fear hijack me, emotionally, but now that I've humbled myself, I wrote you 37 Letters to express my feelings about all of those things that I've been wanting to say. This book of 37 letters offers an opportunity for you to self-reflect and perhaps find the words that you have been looking for to express those suppressed feelings. This is NOT a book of Dear John letters, nor is it intended to be a self-help, love yourself, and then let me love you, book, but rather it's a thought-provoking book of letters that dare you to get in touch with your headspace when it comes to expressing your feelings. Oh, and feel free to 'borrow' my words. (wink) Warning: Some of the letters are frisky, funny, and head-tilting, but trust me, they will make you smile, woosah, blush & want to write me back. ISBN: 979-8-218-09319-8 Published: 12/2022 Self-Distributing: contact me at DeeInspired1521@gmail.com About the Author Hello, my name is Dee Miller. I am, what I call, a 'Closet Artistโ€™ - mostly commission-based pieces, yet my work is widespread. As an artist, my work ranges from serious depictions of strength to clever portrayals of corporate slang, to metaphoric images that inspire thought, to simple lines that tell a story, with a dribble of graffiti art. Whatโ€™s so cool about being an artist is that the piece can change direction at the flip of the wrist or a mood swing. Often called a wordsmith, my artistry also includes writings with the same artistic range. As a wordsmith, I have self-published three books - poetry for the soul, short stories (inspired by life events) that make you laugh hysterically, and a book of articles explaining why Black Women are NOT always so angry. Book 1 The Sun Came out Last Night...rated D (A book of Love lessons from poetry sessions). I believe that the ingredients for a good story or poem can come from many venuesโ€ฆexperiences, imagination, and observations just to name a few. What makes the story or poem come to life is its writer, the wordsmith and the execution. โ€œSix months, Seven days, Two hours and a Kissโ€, โ€œBlue Morningโ€, โ€œWhen no means Yes โ€“ No means Yes when he places his lipsโ€ฆshe takes control and says, โ€˜Itโ€™s timeโ€™โ€. This book of Private Thoughts and Love Lessons from poetry sessions promises to take you on a ride from the inspiration of love to the adventures of โ€œoh, lalaโ€! The Sun Came out Last Night....Rated D https://www.am*zon.com/dp/B01LACH464 Book II LOL...You Can't make this Stuff Up (hilarious and embarrassing book of my reality that many can relate to). When you sit back and recall the funny things that come out of a childโ€™s mouth, you canโ€™t help but laugh. The innocence is priceless as you sit back and watch them try to figure out how to navigate the world. What I find even funnier is listening to them as they near adulthood โ€“ the conversations that take place as they, now, try to figure out how to navigate the world that they โ€˜thinkโ€™ theyโ€™re ready for. Then, the conversations that take place as adults when they reflect about the past and share how they interpreted words, conversations and phrases that were spoken during their younger years โ€“ even they have to laugh at themselves. Of course, thereโ€™s the spoken and unspoken conversations that take place between adults that are side-cracking, funny!!! Not to mention funny situations that youโ€™ve gotten yourself into. LOL... You CAN'T make this stuff UP!! https://www.am*zon.com/dp/B01LDGL1WA Book III Are Black Women ALWAYS so Angry...Truth Excuse or Something else (An inspirational and educational book of articles that speaks to how Black Women Love) The purpose of this book of narrative, non-fictional articles promise to bitch slap you into owning your truth, then apologizing, forgiving, and hugging it out. It will enlighten, educate, answer that burning question that keeps so many up at night (smirk), and will help you help me help others who need help understanding the Truth, Excuse and the Something else as to why โ€˜Black Women are NOT always so angryโ€™. Hmmmm. Are Black Women ALWAYS so Angry...Truth, Excuse or Something Else the link: https://www.am*zon.com/dp/1520984774

@Cynique From Wikipedia In the religion of theosophy and the philosophical school called anthroposophy, the Akashic records are a compendium of all universal events, thoughts, words, emotions and intent ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future in terms of all entities and life forms, not just human. They are believed by theosophists to be encoded in a non-physical plane of existence known as the mental plane. There are anecdotal accounts but no scientific evidence for the existence of the Akashic records.[1][2][3] Akasha (ฤkฤล›a เค†เค•เคพเคถ) is the Sanskrit word for "รฆther", "sky", or "atmosphere".[4] Naming the ability to record data; Akashic Records. Is another of many attempts to rename and thereby take over what The Creator has done. In this case it is WATER. ... I have written extensively on this as well. But no excerpts this TIME. Water is not a recording device. Its ability is as a transceiver of information. Which is more accurately compared to a LIVESTREAM event. Not a recording. Water does not store data. Water allows access to the actual event, for viewing and listening to in realTIME. Water is the only element to have emerged into existence with The Creator as he and the other were made manifest. All things require water to become. Water is the only element that is present in everything. No exceptions The Akashic records in its origin does retain the truth of this fact. Akasha (ฤkฤล›a เค†เค•เคพเคถ) is the Sanskrit word for "รฆther", "sky", or "atmosphere".[4] - These are all WATER forms. As it clearly holds that what they have renamed The Akashic Records is in reality; The รฆther, in, and from, the sky, that is also, the atmosphere. Which: รฆther - sky - atmosphere; describes all of the forms of WATER. It even includes where, when, and how, those forms of water will be encountered. To summarize and recap. Akashic Records is WATER. Naming WATER into Akashic Records is merely another attempt to localize The Creator and make his abilities appear to be within the reach of humanity on equal terms.

Pioneer1 Greetings. Thanks for the permission to post under such conditions in your threads, as I am certain it will arise again. To answer the question. We all access it. Akashic Records. Ancestral memory. These names, and all others, will only relate the secondary source of where people gained the realization of WATER. That is why it has so many different second source names. The problem from second source names is that it gives a false basis as an origin or source. Such as what we are discussing here. It has been given the secondary names of Records and Memory. Each person will have a different name for it unless they choose to outsource their experience and assign that experience to a groups definition, thereby linking themselves to that group. Still struggling to grasp what it is. When in fact it is WATER. We are all composed of mostly WATER. This is our design. WATER is connected to all. Therefore we are connected to all. This connection is a default setting in our makeup. The ability to intentionally access it, is variable, and based upon many other variables. In this way. It is almost impossible to find two people that have accessed The WATER for that purpose as we are discussing in the same way. The reason for this variable is because it is from within our Temple, and our Temples, Temple. It is a personal convenience gifted each of us when we have earned it from The Creator. Here is a test from China which shows how WATER affects MEMORY In The way which Akashic Records retains an origin which roots it to WATER Memory such as Ancestral memory cannot exist without WATER. No matter what secondary source you will meet in relation to information access from the secondary sources they will always source back to WATER. Because nothing else in existence has this ability. Int J Environ Res Public Health. 2020 Nov; 17(21): 7792. Published online 2020 Oct 24. doi: 10.3390/ijerph17217792 PMCID: PMC7662706 PMID: 33114364 Different Amounts of Water Supplementation Improved Cognitive Performance and Mood among Young Adults after 12 h Water Restriction in Baoding, China: A Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) Jianfen Zhang,1,2 Na Zhang,1,2 Hairong He,1,2 Songming Du,3 and Guansheng Ma1,2,* Author information Article notes Copyright and License information Disclaimer Associated Data Supplementary Materials Go to: Abstract Water is indispensable to keeping the functions of the human body working properly, including that of the brain. The purpose of this research was to explore the impacts of water supplementation on cognitive performance and mood, and to determine the optimum amount of water to alleviate detriments of dehydration after 12 h water restriction. A randomized controlled trial was implemented among 64 young adults from Baoding, China. Fasting overnight for 12 h, and at 8:00 a.m. on day 2, osmolality of first morning urine and blood, cognitive performance, and mood were assessed as the dehydration test. Then, participants were randomly separated into four groups: water supplementation groups (WS groups 1, 2, and 3 with 500, 200, and 100 mL purified water, respectively) and no water supplementation group (NW group). Participants in WS groups were instructed to drink the water within 10 min, while those in NW group drank no water. After 90 min, the same measurements were taken as the rehydration test. There was significant interaction between TIME and VOLUME in thirst when comparing dehydration with rehydration tests (F = 6.172, p = 0.001). Significant thirst reductions were found in WS group 1 and WS group 2 (p = 0.003; p = 0.041), and a significant increase was found in the NW group (p = 0.039). In the rehydration test, significant interactions between TIME and VOLUME were found in scores of anger, fatigue, and TMD (total mood disturbance) (F = 3.815, p = 0.014; F = 10.429, p < 0.001; F = 5.246, p < 0.001), compared to the dehydration test. Scores of anger were only decreased in WS group 2 (p = 0.025), and scores of fatigue and TMD decreased in WS group 1 and WS group 2 (all p < 0.05). Significant interaction between TIME and VOLUME was only found for operation span test scores (F = 2.816, p = 0.047), with scores being only higher in WS group 1 in the rehydration test compared to the dehydration test (p = 0.003). Comparing WS group 1 and WS group 2, scores of thirst, fatigue, and TMD did not differ significantly (p > 0.05). Water supplementation improved working memory and attenuated anger, fatigue, and TMD. A small amount of water (200 mL) was sufficient to attenuate thirst, anger, fatigue, and TMD of young adults, but the larger volume (500 mL) appeared to be necessary to improve working memory. The amount of 500 mL was the optimum volume to improve the cognitive performance and mood among young adults. Keywords: water restriction, dehydration, water supplementation, rehydration, cognitive performance, mood This is an excerpt from a research paper. In my own book on the subject there is much more valuable information and much more layered. But if you are unfamiliar with the connections of BIOLOGY. TIME. and CHEMICAL FUNCTIONS then this is an excellent start. For the record. 80% of the information in most biology books are wrong. Which is why 80% of hospitalized people are further injured or killed. So if you are going to use this as a basis of advancement that is important to know. Study that ye may be approved.
  6. Wow Rodney that was pretty cool! I try ๐Ÿ™‚ look out for even more coming up!
  7. @Rodney campbell yes she does want attention ,she is a body painter who has won competitions for her work
  8. @Pioneer1 lets see....how far back should I go, hmmm. (smile) I'm just always intrigued by your views. You tend to make my facial expressions shift to the left. Then, I sit back and dissect your words - very thought-provoking @TroyYou're a deep brutha. Thanks for the 'narrow-minded clarity (you speak your truth and I can appreciate it), and you're absolutely right about, 'when we publish with am*zon exclusively we give am*zon all the money to produce the book and all the money to sell and distribute it. This just increases their strength and revenue while weakening their competition'
  9. This is so tight and on the money. Agreed. It made me question whether he was Black.
  10. After beginning the journey on this road, on this path to learn about publishing books, their have been many routes which become optional the further in one continues. Each option being useful in its own way. However. aalbc.com is different than all of the others. This website is not limited to being a resource. Which by default, as with all of the other options that are limited in that way, really define them as a scheme to manipulate the end user. aalbc.com is different in a way that makes it better. This is a website that offers real access to a writer in ways that will allow the writer to refine and grow. A fact made even more obvious when aalbc.com is compared to any other website that is advertising itself as being in the same category and for the same purpose. Everything about this website functions as a support, and assistance, to new writers, veteran writers, published or non published, known and unknown. aalbc.com is comparatively better. Independently superior. A stand out in its field. Steps above and beyond those others of similar qualities. Logos matter, logos are the divine reason implicit in the cosmos, ordering it and giving it form and meaning. The logo for aalbc.com is appropriate. It has been sculpted in the divine, given meaning from its connection to the actions of this website, which then revealed its form. Hear! Hear! aalbc.com FOREVER!!! Indeed. May google soon know its place and kow tow to the aalbc.com logo.

Akashic is an Indian term which also corresponds with 0. Some Sanskrit words are associated with numbers.
  12. agreed. The colors donโ€™t really mean anything when the logo was designed, over the years Iโ€™ve said they represent the diversity in our culture. Thanks for asking, but Iโ€™ll have to point you to some interview or something.
  13. The operative word was โ€œexclusively.โ€ But under further consideration maybe โ€œnarrow mindedโ€ Is not the right phrase as it applies to the individual. Amazon exerts monopolistic power when it comes to independent book sales and publishing, so the decisions are limited. Indeed that is why Iโ€™m compelled to send readers there for some books, when I spent the previous three years boycotting them. The problem is for us collectively; when we publish with Amazon exclusively we give Amazon all the money to produce the book and all the money to sell and distribute it. This just increases their strength and revenue while weakening their competition.
  14. I watched an interesting program on YouTube that said there were multiple advanced civilizations in the past and all were wiped out by natural disasters. We will be wiped out tooโ€ฆ Sooner than later. clearly the civilization that built the pyramids was advanced. Apparently there is evidence of other civilizations prior. So we may have been smarter in the past โ€ฆ it is not exactly a high barโ€ฆ
  15. Cynique Seems to me.....that Rodney agreed with MY assessment that humanity is NOT getting smarter because we had technology far more advanced than what's being put out there today THOUSANDS of years ago. Mega cities and major civilizations not just in Africa but here in the Americas.
  16. Dee Miller You're more than welcome! Lol...now come on sis, what can a brutha like me say that could POSSIBLY offend you????
  17. Cynique Listen, this thread is about whether or not humanity is getting dumber or smarter....not about some "Ashkenazi Records". ๐Ÿคจ What's wrong with you??? Everybody was getting along great and vibing together in harmony and here you come with some A-symmetrical nonsense. Whatever happens may happen....but make it "happen" somewhere else, lol.
  18. @Rodney campbellThat's what I do. That's why i've divorced the black race. i stay under the radar and the only problems I encounter are those I voluntarily insert myself into. Of course I am also able to do this because, at my age, i have no obligations. But saving the world has never been my goal. That's why your "philosphy" interests me. What happen, happens. BTW, what is your take on the Akashic Records?
  19. @nels Oh blah, blah, blah, ho-hum. For somebody who thinks I'm easy to get a rise out of, your bloated ass could hardly wait to come back here and deliver the trite little essay you stayed up nights composing. ๐Ÿ˜ด You're so transparent. It's obvious you're trying to save face and give the impression that you haven't been bamboozled by your puppet masters. You can't even figure out that I relish engaging in arguments with programmed right wing stiffs like you. This doesn't get a rise out of me, I get a charge out of it. I now await the response you will be unable to resist giving. I dare you to stfu. (How's that for the reverse psychology you are so inept at attempting?) ๐Ÿ˜‚ One more thing. Your ego is astounding. You really think you should be taken seriously instead of ridiculed. Now kiss the ground you love and - slither back under your rock. The other slimy slugs can hardly wait for your return so they can convene the donald tRump fan club meeting. ๐Ÿคฃ
  20. Well, the GOP will definitely be lining up to support him especially if they believe he has a chance of keeping former POTUS 45 out the White House. Hopefully, 1) DeStupid doesn't run in 2024 or 2) a less conservative candidate gets the GOP nomination. Let's also hope the governance of Florida is not a microcosm of the sociopolitical future of the United States.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  21. @Pioneer1... As a small segment of society, no group of people has a monopoly on stupidity as criminals. Black folks do seem to be louder than other groups of people. Easier target for racists especially when it doesn't take much to see and hear us. It doesn't help that some of our people are extra when it comes to doing sh8t. Whether it is physical appearance (sagging pants, PJs, weaves, bushy beards, lashes, tattoos, etc.) or blinging out material possessions or playing loud music or celebrations during sporting events, Black folks are live. Black folks bring style and flavor to life. Sometimes it's obnoxious. It is a blessing and a curse. Yet, I would not trade being a Black man for all of the gold in the Federal Reserve.๐Ÿ˜Ž
  22. Correct. Stupidity as a form of intellectual deficiency used to be called mental retardation. Of course, that's politically incorrect nowadays. It can be argued that people who do stupid things are mentally retarded but that's usually an insult moreso than an indictment of their intelligence.๐Ÿ˜ The stupid I'm referring to in terms of poor decision-making isn't tied to intelligence or a lack thereof. Several factors have to be considered. To answer your question, I do not believe there is a higher rate of stupid people within our AfroAmerican community compared to Caucasians or any other group of people. I've traveled around this country enough to have seen for myself and know better. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  23. Intellectual deficiency and stupidity are not synonymous. ๐Ÿคฃ In fact, they claim it's insensitive to label someone stupid just because they are Intellectually deficient i.e. slow.๐Ÿ˜ I'm sure you've heard and/or seen smart people doing stupid stuff. Sometimes, it's a challenge to them. Fun and games. Entertainment. Drug and alcohol abuse is a form of self-medication to compensate for other problems in their lives. Despair and hopelessness and mental illness are very real. Don't get it twisted...I know there are Intellectually deficient and stupid human beings who are running around out in these streets. I will never believe AfroAmericans have cornered the market and sewn up intellectually deficient and stupid. I've seen equal amounts of it in all camps. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  24. Immigrants have definitely supplanted AfroAmericans in those blue-collar jobs. Part of the reason for that is neither AfroAmericans nor white folks wanted to work those jobs. Today, it is hard to get Americans to pick fruits and vegetables. No problem. Immigrants will do it. A whole bunch of folks chose different options despite a sea of negativity around them. Even the worst parents spend their children's formative years telling them what not to do. A city full of drugs, crime and poverty doesn't force the folks living there to choose. In fact, a whole lotta folks have made it out of that environment. The companies providing those good paying factory jobs were owned by white folks. AfroAmericans should have used those good paying jobs to pool their resources and buy companies to insure generational wealth and employment opportunities to future generations. I've seen a bunch of well-raised AfroAmericans fall into drugs and alcohol and lose everything their hardworking parents earned working those good jobs and providing them with a middle-class life. I don't know the percentage but Ive always seen folks who are classified as poor who have access to the technology and their children thrive with it. There's always been smart kids around regardless of their circumstances and living conditions. To be of low intellect in a highly developed country is either a birth defect or a learning deficiency. Again, that goes back to procreation. Some people shouldn't be allowed to do it. All drugs both illegal and legal are used to keep people oppressed in one way or another if they choose to use them. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  25. It's a fact that the average intelligence of human beings is higher than it was 50 or more years ago. Higher standards of living and technological advancements are proof of it. Look no further than young people. They're not old enough to attend school yet but they know how to use tablets and smartphones. By the time children start elementary school, they're using computers to learn. This started about 20 years ago. As a result, young adults are prepared for jobs in IT and other white-collar and blue-collar professions too. Auto mechanics is no longer just oil changes and spark plugs/wires and changing brakes. They use computers too. Construction workers and farmers use digital equipment and computers to take measurements and manage resources. The system isn't weeding out folks of average and below intelligence. There will always be jobs for unskilled workers...janitors, dishwashers, day laborers, etc. As long as products, goods and services are required, there will be jobs up and down the chain. The complexity of society does not make people dysfunctional. Poor choices starting at procreation play a huge part in human development leading to homelessness, incarceration, mental health issues, etc. Where I come from, a whole lotta folks end up homeless or locked up or dead. The constant I find among every person that I know and talk to who's either been homeless and/or has done time will admit they brought it on themselves...bad choices. These same people were smart as f8ck when we were growing up. They got distracted by the lure of fast money and/or the fun that came with recreational drugs and alcohol and partying and BSing. At every point in human history, there has always been people who couldn't get right for one reason or another. Many by choice. That's not going to change. Life separates the chaff from the wheat. Application of intelligence and not the lack thereof plays a part in determining which part one has to eat. The responsibility we have as human beings to insure that those who need the most help get it is another conversation. ๐Ÿ˜Ž
  26. The one on the left. Changing the head color to represent - LOVE! Adding color to the letters, yet keeping the the acronym - Legacy! @Troythe incredible job that you and your crew(everyone who has, is and will become part of the aalbc community) do to educate, support, entertain, challenge, and offer opportunities to dialog IS your logo, but thanks for asking!
