  1. Once upon the time, the elders within the Black community would have pulled her to the side and had a talk with Sha'Carri. Those days are long gone. Black matriarchs and patriarchs have gone silent as they are afraid of these weed smoking n8gglets and then there's the drug dealers and killers. It's hard to talk to these n8gglets when they're higher than giraffe snatch and hair, eyelashes and nails are too long and pants are hanging off their azz. This child can run faster than the old man in the movie Get Out. Yeah...no. Ain't nobody gonna tell Sha'Carri to go sat down somewhere.

  2. @Chevdove@ProfDAll Sha'carri has to do is run faster than anyone else in a race. Everybody loves a winner. Especially an agent who secures them endorsements.

  3. They are single-handedly dismantling the notion of White Supremacy.

  4. I will come back to this, I have to have the time and mental headspace. A day for a year and a day for a month are techniques in Astrology. Jesus being dad for the three days and rising. Hs a similar corollary with the Winter Solstice. Which start around Dec 22 the Sun appears to stop it downward movement and then rises. The Winter Solstice is the shortest day of the year. So the Son(Sun) is risen and is bringing the light to the world.

  5. @ProfDYou're right. Today, I believe the saying goes that it's 'the Cancel Culture'. I think Ricky Smiley commented on what happened to Kirk Franklin on this wise. Kirk's son ripped him to shreds. But even the Jamaican superstar, Usain Bolt, came out of his retirement to try and say something to Sha'carri about being discreet, and she did not like that!

  6. Yes in some regards, but No @ProfD, not when it counts. A supremacist person, may have fooled himself that he is doing a good cause for idiots that need to understand that racism is real, but if he blatantly insults Black people for believing in certain aspects of truth, then at the end of the day, some one needs to wake up and see the real spirit.

  7. Gang, while @Stefan seems to be indefatigable in defending his positions and wants us to say *uncle* and become accountable writers and join the Democrats, I think he means well otherwise.

  8. Thank you @Chevdove. I wonder if any of these comments will lead to self reflection for @Stefan.

  9. Yes, @Pioneer1 Since you are kicking down the Bible so fervently but say that some aspects are true in these allegories, do share.

  10. Yeah! I'm so glad you are on to @Stefan @Troy It's not a perspective imo, but reality; Del is the opposite of this.

  11. @Stefanthe internet has become the equivaent of a soapbox. It enables people who believe the world is waiting to hear what they have to say.

  13. Some of ya'll are so tender. Deal with the fact and the knowledge that not everyone is going to agree with you. Write a blog, get a camera person and go on cable TV. There are lot more things to get upset about. There are millions of people across this earth who are at risk of dying for lack of clean drinking water. And you're over here bellyaching about allegory and Bible stories. Oh and about that Kanye quote you are now warming up to: We Black people never CHOSE to keep silent. https://www.nationalgeographic.com/history/article/two-centuries-slave-rebellions-shaped-american-history

  14. History proves that all geographic regions have days of being dominated by the outsider. Sometimes it is lethal. Most times it is merely modulating. At the end of the day, the history of scrambles by outsiders of Africa to the African continent are lessons to the people in Africa. They are learning and one day, they will see how to be free together in their own way, whether if greedy or sharing or knowledgable or crude.

  15. LOL! I'm only laughing because I presume you are attributing this characteristic to Del who in reality is the opposite of this. But we all have different perspectives of each other someone loved Hitler and others hated MLK...

  17. Yep. She's definitely providing great information. Still relevant even it's old news now. Again, I'm disappointed that despite Africa having over 1 billion people, it cannot keep itself from allowing foreigners to cut it up like a Thanksgiving turkey. @Pioneer1, it's not a lack of intelligence among black people. They are losing to greed and power.

  18. Another really good self assessment. Have you and Pioneer been comparing notes? Keep trying you may start a revolution, if you can find enough feeble minded people to follow you. You forgot to mention that you are condescending while being a bit ignorant about business. While talking to someone that didn't write about business but actually worked in Financial services and also went to school for business. You are in the minority of people on this site that believe you no more about business than myself. However perhaps the people that you respect can help you remove you rose mirrored glasses.

  19. Critics of the Democratic party implicitly admire the Republican party for its devious tactics, and its toxic susceptibility to lies, greed, and discrimination against "the other". Democrats try to play by the rules, adhere to the principles of democracy, support inclusion for all, improved health care, veterans benefits, climate control, always advocating for the underdog. But their critics persist, never coming up with any viable alternatives, trapped in the mire of their eternal optimism, personifying the obstacles that impede the black unity they crave. How they yearn for the day when they can replace white supremacy with the black supremacy they imagine they are examples of. Their frustration with unfulfilled expectations breeds frustration with how they contribute to these disappointments.

  20. IMO, measuring IQ is an exercise in futility. It doesn't take a whole lot to figure out who's most intelligent and vice versa. The real work lies in getting intelligent folks to solve problems and come up with ideas to make our lives better. There's no shortage of human labor. It just needs to be harnessed and used to produce constructive results. The benefit is that folks would feel better about themselves and have less time to indulge in destructive behaviors. Unfortunately, this would lead to a better society. The current system thrives on a certain amount of chaos and confusion. The *smart* people are playing every aspect of human dysfunction like a fiddle.
