Irresponsible is the more appropriate word for people bringing children into the world & unable to provide for & protect them. There is no "don't warrant having children" philosophy or movement. Not sure of why you would hope that everyone in my family suffers misfortune. However, I can assure you that being keenly aware of the ups & downs of life & ultimately human mortality, I've never been adversely affected emotionally by it including my own family members, friends & associates.
