  1. America is whatever AFROAMERICANS collectively decide to make it. If this IS a racist country, it's because WE allowed it to be. If this IS a sexist country, it's because WE allowed it to be. If things HAVE gone backwards in this nation, it's because WE allowed it. Our laziness and desire to imitate and get closer to White people rather than form a more perfect union in OUR image and likeness is a much bigger threat to our community than White racism.
  2. richardmurray Well, like I said there is no doubt that she is an intelligent and capable sista. I'm not religious nor chauvinistic so I don't feel a woman has some sort of "place" behind men or shouldn't be in positions of power or ownership. However the fact that she chose to couple up with a wealthy White man and form a "power couple" is what I take issue with. And like you said, unlike those other billionaires' wives...the fact that she already had money before marrying him really says a lot about her state of mind by choosing him.
  3. Why do so many of these Black men like Mike Tyson and Floyd Mayweather INSIST on making these nobody White men rich by even acknowledging their existence? Nobody would even know who this clownish White boy (Jake Paul) WAS unless Tyson agreed to fight him. Then he ends up losing to him. Just helping White men make money. They don't want to fight another Black man and help HIM make a few million. Just pick one no-named White boy after another and prop them up on the world stage so he can win/lose and make a quick $50 million, and then disappear. Meanwhile they're really looking for a "great white hope" who can go down on record as having whooped the Black champ and knock his ass out; so bruthaz better be careful. Mayweather has a perfect record....I believe. I haven't even bothered to google it, lol. Nobody has beat him or knocked him out. Why he continues to have these exhibition matches with these White boys and risk LOSING that record is beyond me, but rest assured they're looking for that one White dude who can beat him and go down in history as THEE top dog.
  4. People need to understand the difference between a MOVEMENT and a CAMPAIGN Movements promote specific agendas with clearer goals (be they good or bad) than campaigns which pretty much parrot partisan rhetoric. Movements tend to be more grassroots oriented, wholistic, and longer lasting, than campaigns. While campaigns typically last less than 4 years, movements can span DECADES. Think.... CIVIL RIGHTS MOVEMENT WOMEN'S MOVEMENT LABOR MOVEMENT While a campaign is designed to change the POLITICAL direction of a nation, a Movement is designed to and can change not only the entire political landscape but the entire CULTURE and FUTURE of a nation. Trump had...and still has...a MOVEMENT behind him! The MAGA Movement. Harris was merely running a campaign.
  5. ProfD Of course, those booger wolves are checking for any dude with a pulse. Free prostitutes. That's all some men want, lol. OK. I don't see booger wolf big game hunting as a flex. If all a man wants IS somebody to fuck, then they aren't interested in flexing and showing out. They just want a hole..lol. They'd stick their dick in a RABBIT HOLE if they got horny enough, lol. The women have more options too. Besides rape itself, when has the Black woman NOT have the option to fuck a White man???? They BEEN had options to fuck White men, for hundreds of years. They just didn't ACT on those options, unless she was raped or otherwise forced to....which so many where. The difference is that today, many of them are ACTING on those options. Troy & nels Until we get past race, we get past nothing. Telling somebody to "get past race" is like telling a person with End Stage Cancer to just "get past" all of those tumors and muscle wasting, get up out the hospital bed, and go train for the next Olympics....and don't let it stop them. You can try to deny Reality and play ignorant like racism doesn't exist all you want, but at some point REALITY will....in the words of Jay Z...."stop your buffoonery".
  6. Troy that FDR quote is fiction, he never said such a thing, that is why you can’t find a source. I know I heard those words in audio and I THOUGHT it was Franklin Roosevelt who said them. Perhaps I was wrong. Do you know for sure that it's fiction, as in... You heard that quote before, and it was actually debunked? Or did you do as I did and searched the web for it but couldn't find the source; so you just dismissed it as fiction? Mel Nearly 73 million people understand Harris’s platform. Whether they understood it or not, I think most of her supporters simply "went with it" because they didn't have much of a choice. The DNC chose her to be the candidate and the rank-n-file and grassroots Democrats didn't have much of a choice. I really think she was chosen out of LAZINESS. They didn't actually prepare and GROOM a candidate to go up against Trump. They had Biden, but when it became apparent that he was too senile to run, they just chose the next one in line....Harris. The DNC didn't have a real PLAN or STRATEGY against Trump and his MAGA Movement White women, white men, and Latino men polled for voting for Donald in the swing states. None of Donald’s policies protect them, so maybe they believe he protects their “christian” values. Perhaps they think he will bring them a better economy. Well a lot of Black men voted for Trump (only about 20%...but still larger than past Republican candidates) and many more stayed on the couch in silent protest against BOTH candidates. I believe THAT is one of the main reasons Trump got in. Not the behavior of the Whites or Latinos. Although some in the media are clearly trying to spin the "Latino support" narrative. Only in America can a highly qualified, exemplary professional woman do nearly the impossible and still lose the job to a less-than-mediocre, unqualified white man who is also a felon. Mel, now you know the official "qualifications" to be President of the United States is pretty low..lol Just be 35+, born and raised in the U.S. and a resident of this nation for more than 14 years. The TRUE "qualification" to be President of the United States in the 21st Century has little to do with how smart and accomplished you are but how CHARISMATIC you are and your ability to attract and electrify the masses. The actual leadership in the U.S. picks and chooses the candidate they want to run based on THOSE qualifications. Trump was simply more charismatic and commanded more respect than Kamala. Oh, by the way, I read Donald is giving out reparations - TO WHITE PEOPLE!!! Yes. Something VP Harris was adamant about NOT doing. One more reason so many Black men just stayed on the couch. If you want support, you have to explain to people how you will BENEFIT them. It's not enough to shake your finger at them and accuse them of being sexist or lazy or "being difficult". You have to actually OFFER them something....which Harris rarely did for Black men. nels Nope. She was just a pathological liar and a terrible candidate. If being a pathological liar was a factor in one losing the election, Trump would have lost by a LANDSLIDE...lol.
  7. ProfD Well.... If you want to keep saying that Kamala lost because she's a woman and NOT because of how she ran her campaign....be my guest. Perhaps a brutha rolling around in tinted windows, with his music blasting so loud that it shakes the houses 2 blocks away, and weed smoke puffing out of his ride like a damn chimney can CLAIM that the police saw him and pulled him over because he was a Black man. ...but is that the REAL reason they saw him and stopped him? Troy nels is a straight up MAGA, what do you expect for him to say about Michelle? His views don't represent the majority of America OR the majority of voters in America.
  8. ProfD 1. They aren't crediting illegals in Trumps win....but Latinos in general 2. Maybe SOME Latinos who voted for Trump support or atleast couldn't care less about mass deportation but MOST of them don't want that to happen because that would mean a significant drop in their numbers. Their economic and political power. They see Trump's victory as White Power strengthening, and they're trying to play up to it.
  9. I hope he eliminates the mandates for most vaccines.
  10. ProfD Ask who's in charge of America. Wait for the answer. Who's "incharge" of a nation isn't necessarily the same demographic as who MAKES UP a nation. Look at South Africa under Apartheid, for example The management of a firm is almost always smaller than the rank-n-file membership. Most countries are homogeneous. Correct. And they ARE that way for a reason, lol. nels In recent times, America has been ready and hungry for a (real genuine) black woman president, but Kamala isn't black and she was the wrong choice from the start. I think ENOUGH Americans are ready for a Black woman president who is intelligent enough and bold enough whom they can trust to get the job done and protect the nation; especially when compared to somebody like Trump. Kamala just wasn't THAT woman. And like you said, she isn't Black...in my opinion. It was a LAZY choice. The only reason Kamala was chosen to run was because she was already Vice President and in the Whitehouse. She wasn't actually GROOMED and PREPARED to run up against a man like Trump.
  11. Ok.... But you EXPERIENCES on it? Has it affected or increased your spiritual experiences in any way?
  12. ProfD Feel free to elaborate on how AfroAmericans benefitted from USSR being a threat. In 2 regards: 1. Internationally, during the so-called "Cold War" between the U.S.A. and the U.S.S.R.; all of the nations...including Black and African nations...that aligned themselves respectively with those 2 sides benefited by getting money, weapons, and other forms of aid provided to them. Seeing images Black and African nations being more modernized with schools, militaries, and other assistance made us as AfroAmericans FEEL as if progress was really being made for our people globally. It improved our self esteem as an AfroAmerican community and made us want to connect with others of our people globally and improve our condition here in the U.S. 2. The threat of a war with such a powerful "enemy" such as Russia forced White America to atleast PRETEND to be fair and play nice with AfroAmericans and give us more rights and benefits because they couldn't afford for disgruntled AfroAmericans to push communist doctrine and collaborate with outside forces as some were starting to do. I don't see where the white male dominated system has been weakened. Case in point....last POTUS election. Like the moon, it's power waxes and wanes depending on the times. Back in the 60s and early 70s..it's power was weaker than it was in the mid 80s during the height of the Reagan Era. Then again it got weaker in the early to mid 90s. Still dominant, but weaker and stronger at times. Those "weaker" moments allows for more Black progresses.
  13. I think the Black Bougie class HELPS the White Racist power structure maintain control, but I wouldn't say they were vital to them sustaining power. If there WERE no Black Bougie class, I think White Racists would still find a way to maintain power but would probably be more brutal and violent in doing so.
  14. As the young folks would say "no cap", 2 of the beautiful things about this site is: 1. Unlike social media where the space is limited and you basically can only post a paragraph or 2 to express your thoughts, here you have almost limitless space to post your thoughts, feelings, share links, pictures, etc... So it allows for more indepth dialog than social media. 2. Although I'm almost sure he's card carrying member of one of those Black Elite secret societies....lol....he's a fair dude who doesn't go around banning people or suspending their accounts over differences of opinion or using foul language like some of the "moral police" on these various social media platforms. Infact, that's one of the biggest issues this site faces. Most people don't seem to want "fair". They want to be able to post what THEY want to post and express THEMSELVES however they wish, but they want to be able to flag and ban anybody else's content that they personally find offensive or disagree with. Troy doesn't do that, and a lot of people who are used to the generally unfair practices of social media don't like that.
  15. I'm glad that our beautiful sista is part of NFL ownership (if she still is since the OP is over 2 years old now) and is now an accomplished author, however THIS is an issue: She's married to Film Director George Lucas I'm not sexist or chauvanistic. I don't mind a sista being part of a "power couple". However I AM counter-racist, and I DON'T like it when beautiful, intelligent, and successful sistaz link up with White men. No doubt she's educated and intelligent, but I wonder how much of her recent success is linked to being married to George.
  16. When I was in Mexico I saw prostitutes on the street corners. What I found interesting was: a) It was in the early afternoon as opposed to the night time in most cities in the U.S. where there ARE still street-walkers. b) They were 'hoodish acting. Loud and aggressive with eachother and in their demeanor. But not in an unattractive way, just an entertaining way. It reminded me of Detroit back in the 70s or 80s BEFORE the crack era.
  17. So, what should we expect to come of this? Do we expect for this government to actually reveal the truth about the nature of these Beings and their activities?
  18. I'd like to know of some EFFECTIVE ways of making money online. When I say "effective", I mean if I follow your instructions step by step I WILL make more money. Ofcourse I would like to make a lot, however I'm more interested in CONCRETE and VIABLE plans that will allow me to make SOME money through the internet....rather than a bunch of vague "follow your passion" or "just invest" advice that anybody can tell someone walking down the street. Step by step. Clear instructions
  19. 🤔 Ok, so why did I turn on the internet this morning to find no less than 5 different news stories posted THIS MORNING ALONE talking about how much the "Latinos" supported Trump and got him in office???? No mention of the Black vote or the female vote, but the words "Latinos for Trump" all over the internet. Here's just a FEW of the ones I saw this morning: It Shouldn’t Have Been A Surprise That Trump Won Over Key Latino Voters The Latino Realignment Looks Real. But It May Not Be Permanent. Letters to the Editor: Latinos were part of a society-wide shift to Trump. Don't single them out for blame Democrats’ Immigration Problem Undocumented immigrant tells CNN he supported Trump 'for the economy' I'm telling yall, this is "Latinos helped put Trump in" shit is going to be used to try to get the heat OFF of them, hoping that he focuses on BLACK immigrants from Africa and Haiti instead. They're hoping that this false made-up "Latino support" will make him change his mind about who he wants to "mass deport". They're going to say, "We supported Mr.Trump...don't go after us...go after them!"
  20. You'd be surprised at how many men would feel so let down at the results that they wouldn't feel "worthy" of sex. For a lot of men, sex is a REWARD for winning and achievement.
  21. I'd actually like to go to Haiti. When it's calmed down, ofcourse....lol.
  22. ProfD White women were not fighting against racism. They were concerned with their own women's rights which got lumped in with Civil Rights. We already know which group benefitted the most when white men had to throw out bones. True, however just like COMMUNIST RUSSIA wasn't a friend of Black America, but we still benefited from their international threat... The same can be said of the Women's Movement. They weren't fighting for Black women, but the fact that they were attacking the White male dominated system HELPED weaken that system for us and gave the White male power structure another "threat" to focus on besides just the Black Power Movement.
  23. ProfD Women definitely aren't running behind or checking for men over 50 years old. That dude has to use his mouth piece or wallet. Now in MY "Reality" that hasn't been the case or general observation! Besides myself, I know quite a few bruthaz over 50 who have atleast 2 or 3 women chasing them around trying to start relationships with them. Now mind you, these women usually aren't the MOST attractive. They tend to be the big backed "I'm looking for me a manz" type like that sista tossing down the shots in Coming To America, or in some cases the "ran through and used up" types, lol. But they are there. And when I say "chase", I mean flirting with you whenever they see you, hoping you'll eventually take the bate. Mature women aren't going to run behind or check for a man. They know how to get attention if/when it's desired. Well, these women I was talking about tend to be over 40...lol. Now you said "mature"; so perhaps you're talking more MIND SET than age. But a lot of these sistaz were ran through by the thugs when they were younger or just generally not the most attractive so they're constantly LOOKING for a husband, boyfriend, or some man to keep them warm at night. They tend to hit on any brutha they have prolonged contact with like in the same apartment complex, same job, etc... Times have changed a bit in society as a result of education, technology, opportunities and lifestyles, etc. Folks have more options Yeah...like fucking White men guilt free. 40 years ago the ONLY Black woman you saw with a White man was Helen on The Jeffersons....lol. Today, you can't go to a shopping mall without seeing some thick hipped sista walking around with a blue eyed....something-or-other and often times pushing a baby carriage, lol. Kamala getting elected would have only made it worse...lol.
  24. What I find even MORE interesting is the relative LACK of concern most AfroAmericans have with this. It's clearly a problem and a potential threat.
  25. ProfD Popular vote doesn't win POTUS elections. It's all about the electoral college. I know that. My point is, Clinton won the POPULAR vote which means that in 2016 more people in the U.S. actually WERE ready for a female president than those who were not! Also, just because they voted for Trump in 2016...doesn't necessarily mean they were against having a female leader. Many were, but many voted or him for other reasons besides sexism. Well, if you don't believe America is a sexist, racist, patriarchal country, just like racism white supremacy, believing anything else will only lead to confusion. In that deep and clear voice of his, Neely Fuller Jr. would tell you: "People need to STOP saying "America" is racist or "America" is sexist or "America" is this or "America" is that. There IS no America. America means justice. You can't HAVE justice and racism or sexism or mistreatment at the same time" I wouldn't go that far but I would say there are sexists, racists and patriarchs IN America. They may even be the MAJORITY in America...but as long as non-racists and non-sexists are in America, it's not a racist or sexist nation. Just like the majority of the population of this nation is still White....but few people would call the U.S. a "White nation". Anyway....MOST nations on the planet could be considered racist and sexist by that standard. Over half of the countries in Asia and Africa and Latin America could be considered even MORE racist and sexist than the United States. The current generation of AfroAmericans will also figure out how to thrive and survive in America too. Like the previous generations.....SOME will and SOME won't. Generations aren't monoliths. Everyone doesn't share the same fate. If/when another charismatic Black man comes along with similar credentials, he could potentially move the crowd. And I believe one WILL come along to do this. The question is, WHEN. Will it be in our Lifetime? She never really stood a chance of winning as long as America has its flaws Brutha she had a GOOD chance of winning (Michelle had a BETTER chance...lol) but she blew it by neglecting her base and not playing to actually WIN. Cynique @Pioneer1Did you watch Kamala's entire speech? No. For what? Did she say something in it about a RECOUNT or that she'd fight the results of the election? Other than that...she lost. What kind of speech can she give or say that will override THAT fact? If your husband took the family savings and ran out and gambled it away and came back home having LOST everything, what could that man possibly say that would appease you or uplift you? Concession speeches are traditionally critiqued by the press, because they are historical and Kamala's is receiving high marks from today's talking heads. The same thing can be said of an inmate's "last words" before they were executed. But they STILL got executed. Either the mission/goal was accomplished, or it wasn't.
