Case 1 of Many: (U.S.) A black male supervisor at a major financial institution overtly demonstrated hostility toward U.S. blacks ((i.e., not actual) non-mixed black sub-Saharan Africans and their direct descendants, as defined), and others. The supervisor repeatedly disparaged, denigrated, mistreated and more, both U.S. blacks, whites and those of eastern / oriental Asian descent over a period of ~3.5 years. This supervisor explicitly stated on multiple occasions that his targets did not possess the fundamental intelligence, cognitive, analytical and judgmental capabilities (at a minimum,) that were required to execute extremely complex business initiatives, purely and expressly because of his (i.e., the supervisor’s) target’s race. Considering this supervisor’s own (minority-classified) race, in many respects - this seemed to be a rather contradictory position for this supervisor to take. This supervisor’s actions caused great emotional, psychological, physical and economic distress among numerous individuals that were subject to the supervisor’s actions. Said supervisor repeatedly stole, plagiarized and altered proprietary work product(s) that were created by his targets, per the management directives that they acted on. Eventually, the supervisor was exposed, and his actions ended up costing his employer somewhere north of $55 million in an undisclosed confidential arrangement.

Through documented practice, the ADL’s stress on “people of color”, appears to be nothing more than a well-obfuscated conspiratorial attempt to further invade and manipulate black minds and behaviors in order to control what blacks hear, see, say, think, do and believe. In turn, this could and can potentially lead to a level of unbridled subjugation of the black body politic, to a point where the detrimental effects and impacts that are directly attributable to the ADL’s agenda, either are or may become irreversible.
