  1. However lets be real about this...... When the Jews and Japanese got their Reparations they KNEW what to do with it. They have plenty of thriving businesses not only in Japan and Israel but in the United States and around the world. Ofcourse we deserve HUNDREDS of times more of what they got, but the wisest of White folks could easily ask the question like Jayo Felony asked: "I can give it to ya but what you gonna do with it?" Would we be able to do atleast HALF of what Israel and Japan is doing with the money they're getting from the U.S.? Or would most of it go into weaves, weed, liquor, vehicles, back child support, and court fees? What are we doing with the money that we DO have at our disposal like the over 1 trillion dollars flowing through our community -as a gauge of how wisely we'd spend and invest our Reparations money? * Or should any of that even matter...... Just shut up, cut the check, and let each Black man, woman, and child decide for THEMSELVES what they want to do with THEIR money.
  2. Chev You...like I used to....are using the Biblical table of nations found in Genesis after the Flood to distinguish the various ethnic groups and their origins and relations. I have reason to believe that most of these nations and ethnicities were already in existence and named before the allegedly Flood took place....if it actually did. Phoenicians is a generic name for the mixed up inhabitants of the Levant area which was formerly known as Kena'an. The original peoples of that land were Kena'ani but later on the Sea People known in the Bible as Philistines came and mixed in with the people. Together they both are known as Phoenicians. As far as the Chaldeans........... Yes, the ones in Michigan I grew up seeing were primarily Arab/Caucasian. What stood out about them the most were the fact that unlike most of the other Arabs I saw, they were predominately Christian. I later did research on them and realized that they were among the first Caucasians of that land (northern Iraq) before the Arabs came up and colonized much of it. Ancestors of the Akkadians. Interesting information on California!
  3. Chev The God of the Exodus also judged the Egyptians due to White Supremacy, therefore, he would never send Moses from Egypt to teach Caucasians. That's completely insane The God of the Biblical Exodus is Yahoowah/Yahweh. The REAL Exodus took place when the Caucasians (known commonly as the Sea People) went into the Black lands and caused trouble among them and were rounded up, and driven out through Palestine and past Syria up into the mountains of Central Asia where that mountain range was named after them. They didn't TRY to leave from being held captive...they were DRIVEN out for making mischief and causing the people to fight one another. They were also know as the Children of Yacub. Yacub was known as Jacob. In the Bible Jacob was known as Israel.
  4. I'm by far no scholar but I have read a few books on both Sufism and Gnosticism. Sufism seems to focus more on the spiritual aspects of Islam more so than the ritualistic aspects like prayer, marriage, laws, ect. Gnosticism seems to point one TOWARDS logic and philosophy but it still stays within the boundaries of the Euro-Christian paradigm. One of the problems with religion is the FEAR TACTICS that are used to keep people from straying away too far from it. A man may set out on a journey to find the "truth" but if that true starts pointing him in a direction outside of the boundaries of the morals and ethics he grew up in and what his parents and society has taught him....sometimes what he THINKS is his conscience starts nagging him and pulling on him to turn around and come back home.
  5. They should be but ofcourse many of them are struggling to stay in office and maintain their positions themselves and are barely thinking about the misfortunate and in many cases aren't thinking about them at all. Many Black folks in office are occupied trying to fend off and protect themselves from the racist assaults coming at them trying to remove them from power. This is one of the reasons I say Black folks in power need to start being more PRO-active rather than simply RE-active. Not only aggressively challenge racism but focus on building institutions for ourselves and getting things changed permanently so that we don't have to keep repeating the same shit over and over each generation. We should have about 10 Black governors already ready and willing to carry out OUR agendas. Instead of you have the likes of Abbott in Texas and DeSantized in Florida carrying on right-wing agendas.
  6. ProfD Oh no, not choosing to cause destruction or harming other Black folks. I mean, just keeping quiet and getting paid. Not participating in the injustice yourself, but turning your head to it. Hell, if the system is so big and powerful and they aren't likely to bring an end to it anyway.....why waste so much of their valuable life TRYING to? This is a philosophical question by the way, lol. I remember many years ago I had a job driving trucks for a warehouse and one of my supervisors was an Italian dude who loved the Godfather saga and wanted to be a half-way gangster. I remember me and my partner bringing in some goods from the supplier to the warehouse and when we finished we went into an office to report it and saw that supervisor and another guy who got fired a week ago and had no business on the property both sitting in the room smoking cigars and pipes and counting HUGE stacks of money. I mean HUGE stacks! When we came in they stopped and looked at us and the Italian supervisor started grinning and waved and I immediately left the room and tried to drag my partner out but he just stood there with his eyes open...lol I snatched his goofy ass out the room and shut the door and while I was telling him to not say a word about what he just saw and he looking crazy and slobbering over how much money he saw -the supervisor came out of the room and called both of us back in. To make a long story short he wanted to buy us off and put us on his payroll that apparently some other dudes were on. I didn't accept...but I didn't report what I saw either. I just looked the other way. I've done that a lot....lol. Sometimes the wise thing to do IS to look in the other direction and don't try to be a hero or whistle if there is nothing to gain by it.
  7. Well if THAT'S the case..... Wouldn't a Black person choosing to just go ahead and "sell out" and get some benefit out of the system, be a logical decision in some cases?
  8. Not sure about other parts of the nation right now but in Michigan, they are tossing the elderly and sick prisoners OUT of the prison to die on the streets or in homeless shelters! You see droves and droves of ex-cons out on the street begging and patching together homeless camps to survive because the prisons don't want to pay for their healthcare and don't want them if they can't work.
  9. richardmurray Well, logical thinking isn't necessarily a-religious in and of itself. But the only way to SINCERELY be apart of a religion is to be a fundamentalist in it. If you TRULY believe that your religion came from God....it would seem you would obey it down to it's finest detail and doctrine. So now if you are a LOGICAL thinker who examines all information that comes your way, then it would seem that this method of thinking would get in the way of believing and unquestionably accepting ALL of the doctrine of your particular religion that you believe came from God. .....unless a person was part of a religion that actually believe and accepts that their religion has mistakes in it and can use correction. I don't know of any religion like that.
  10. Hadn't been in the military so I wouldn't know. I considered joining several times in my teens but I had an uncle who was in the military over in Vietnam and he warned me multiple times about the military and how they literally OWN you and can do all types of experiments on you with or without your permission because you are their "property". He believed many of his health problems stemmed from the time he served in the military. The fear of that kept me out.
  11. Chev The Caucasus is no where near Egypt so, again, you are referencing two different stories. I know. He was sent FROM Kemet/Egypt up to the Caucasus. And Baal worship itself would be the key to Moses never doing that. He had an intense hatred for White Supremacy. He married Zippora, a Black Cushitic women and would never take her to teach White people anything. Musa/Moses had several wives and also did many things like being a war General before he was commissioned to go up to the Caucasus with a group of people for that mission. They also took scuba diving gear with them...lol. But I'll leave that alone because this thread isn't about Musa/Moses. Mel One of the challenges with this discussion is the talk of divisions based on skin color. White is a fairly new description starting around the 17th century. In fact, there's a video circulating on social media of an Egyptian man not understanding why Immigration wanted him to identify as white - when, as he said, to paraphrase, his native description is cultural/religious affiliation and then nationality. This is why I actually choose to use the words "Caucasian" and "African" when referencing race...instead of "White" or "Black". They are more accurate. Especially given that few people on the planet are literally White or Black. The problem with identifying many Egyptians today is manifold.... 1. Most of them identify as Arab which the U.S. calls "White" despite the fact that Arabs literally come in many colors and races. Most of the Arabs of Sudan are African while most of the Arabs or Syria are Caucasian....lol. 2. In Arabic culture, they only consider the race of the FATHER. Not the mother. So the mother could be a jet Black African or even an Asian and the child can come out looking however they want but as long as the father is an "Arab" than that child will be legally considered Arab. And it's been like this for thousands of years. So you can only imagine back in ancient Africa, they would have identified by tribes/spiritual/nationality/. In fact, when I went to Rome over ten years ago, I realized it was a gathering place for all nationalities; Aset and Heru (Black Madonna and Jesus) graced the pantheon - even the Trevi fountain is flanked by Greek "gods" when you'd think you'd see Roman deities on display. But I digress. The Romans took their deities from the Greeks. The original Greek (gods) were Black Beings. They even displayed them in statues and on pottery as Black. In Rome and the Vatican as well as other parts of Europe they have pictures and statues of Black people that they worship and ascribe various names to. Much of their Pantheon consists of the original Black people who were sent up from Kemet into the Caucasus to civilize them, and this was passed down generation after generation until they became myths and legends among the Caucasians who left the mountains and went their separate ways like the Greeks, Romans, Visigoths, Anglos, Jews, etc... When you were in Rome did you get to see the statue of Romulus and Remus sucking on the breasts of a wolf? There's history behind that.
  12. - "predicts" time???? Hmmmmm....... Del You actually sound more intelligent than you come across on the message board.....lol. Also...... You said you were from The Bronx but I find it interesting that you don't seem to have a strong New York accent.
  13. Yeah, 3 of them being Black and 2 of the 3 actually being WOMEN. I read that they were Reservists. They shouldn't have even been over there in the first place. Infact, if they were part of the Reserve.....if anything.....Biden should have had them down in the Mexico border securing it and fending off that Right-wing good squad that has amassed down there.
  14. I agree, that when it comes to certain laws and how people get caught up....of ALL people judges and lawyers should know how the system works and know how to avoid getting caught. However when you're dealing with a system that is actually TARGETING you and has so many laws and rules....it's hard to know all of the policies and laws you must abide by. This is why I say other Black legislators and law enforcement officials need to be more PRO-ACTIVE. You have plenty of Black judges in Maryland who could overturn her conviction...they need to step up. You have the Congressional Black Caucus who could investigate and eventually do something with her conviction.....THEY TOO need to step up. I keep saying over and over again, what good are Black folks complaining about the "racist system" if you actually are in a position to DO something about it but refuse to yourself? You got Black police officers with weapons, badges, training, and powers to arrest....sitting their WATCHING White officers mistreat Black citizens and they claim there was "nothing" they could do about it.
  15. Oh Germ-X is gone? So THAT'S why I haven't been seeing his posts cluttering up the board lately....lol. Don't worry, he'll probably be back under another name. I think it's the same one or two people trolling over and over again under different names. Every couple months another one pops up posting the exact same shit.
  16. ProfD Correct. Ideally, the federal government should be making reparation payments because it collects money from every state all of whom benefitted from slavery in one way or another. Until the Feds actually get involved, I'm not going to take any TALK of Reparations from a state level seriously. The only time I'd take them serious is when they actually start sending out checks to their AfroAmerican residents, which I doubt will happen anytime soon. The Californiia reparations bill was really just an exercise Yes. An exercise in mass hysteria and mind control....lol. Troy when I was a kid, I saw white boys coming to college with new cars, getting married and having lavish weddings paid for by their parents, having their parents give them a down payment on a nice house or buying it out right for them. I’ve always wondered how they were able to pull that off? Remember a few years ago we were joking about if you identified as a White person on your census form or something....you'd get a "special package" in the mail with access to bank accounts, underground shopping malls, and grocery stores with good foods at low prices, etc....lol. I'm almost certain that among some privileged White elites....what I just described isn't too far off the mark. When you hear about how white folks were given 160 acres of land, and how wealth has transferred through the generations. The opportunity for the generational wealth that was denied Black people is really what this is all about. They should’ve just given us those damn 40 acres and we wouldn’t be having to deal with this today. Well, to keep it real WE TOO had a lot of land. More than just 40 acres a piece but MILLIONS of acres..... And we kept it from Reconstruction right up to the 1920s and 1930s before a lot of our people decided to SELL the land and move up to big northern cities thinking they could get out of having to farm and maintain it. If we had more unity and vision, we could have built more of our own cities ON those lands instead of selling them off just to get some cash in our pockets. We definitely need Reparations but we as a community we need some sound financial counseling to ago along with it. this needs to be federal legislation. 100% They are the only institution in the U.S. with enough money to accurately compensate us. A $50,000 check to every Black person in California is NOT Reparations. We are owed MILLIONS per individual...for generations to come.....along with free healthcare, land, and other benefits that only the Federal government can provide. @richardmurray Well can we atleast agree that the Federal Government can TAKE THE LEAD in Reparations? And after they make their move, each state can follow suit in any Reparations deal we make with them individually.
  17. Chev The Syrians were ethnic peoples who lived in the South in ancient Syria. You said the Syrians were "ethnic". Were they Black, though? The Chaldeans were completely different from the Assyrians. From which one did the Aramaic language come from? The Medes and the Elamites also helped in this endeavor What race were they, respectively?
  18. That's because the prison systems around the nation aren't designed to actually punish criminals and deter crime. They are primarily designed to WAREHOUSE people. The biggest fear the average person has of prison isn't the confinement or "punishment" they will receive from the state....but from OTHER INMATES. The criminal justice system in the U.S. is primarily designed to get as many Black and Brown people (especially men) off the streets so that there is less competition for jobs, food, and other social services. The CLAIM is that resources are limit and that there is only so much in the U.S. to go around.....so they'd rather them going to White and "productive" Black and Latino people. Now they've graduated from warehousing people and storing them up in jails and prisons to just killing them out right. Now that the prisons have been privatized, they really don't want people in prison unless they can work and produce good.
  19. ProfD Ethics is how they're trying to nail her. Yes, they are using "ethic probes" and "ethic investigations" all around the nation to try to get Black politicians and executives caught up in traps and removed from their positions. This is why we need to be so engaged in making the policies and laws. The main thing they get Black men with are sexual allegations. They know that we are sexual beings by nature and that women naturally find us attractive and sexual so the racists in power try to use that to THEIR advantage by trying to demonize and outlaw sexual activity. I bet if Fani was in a sexual relationship with another WOMAN there would be no investigation. especially in a place like ATL where alternative sh8t is running rampant. I remember going to Atlanta and checking in a hotel and right next to the Yellow Pages were the RAINBOW PAGES. A list of all the LGBT spots around the Atlanta area....lol. And it was actually THICKER than the Yellow Pages book.
  20. You bring up an excellent point. This is one of the reasons I'm no longer religious. I now look at things from a LOGICAL point of view...... Being the most Powerful BEING in all of Existence.....if The SUPREME BEING wants me to know a particular thing then I WILL know it and don't necessarily need to get it from a book (although I can). And no one can stop me from knowing it. So to run around looking for "hidden" and "missing" and "lost" books is too often a waste of valuable time and effort. White folks aren't more powerful than God, so they can't "hide" anything God wants you to have. If White folks or anyone else were able to hide it from you......then logically speaking that means God didn't intend for you to have it...for whatever reason.
  21. I sincerely believe that America will be a better nation when WE (ADOS/FBA) stand up and MAKE it that way OURSELVES. No more waiting on White folks to do it or following their lead. We have to take the lead and do it our way, and THEY will follow and will even be appreciative. You'd be surprised at how many White folks who themselves are tired of White people running the show and are waiting for intelligent progressive minded Black folks to stand up and build a new world for the future.
  22. I agree that any Reparations package should include cash, but I actually think many of these "Reparations debates" and "Reparations Studies" are huge DISTRACTIONS put out by the Establishment itself to further divide AfroAmericans and cause conflict. Why? First of all STATES aren't in any position to give AfroAmericans Reparations. For a simple reason...they don't have the money to do so. The FEDERAL government is the one who upheld the institution of slavery.....not the states. The only time the states upheld Slavery was during the Civil War when the Confederacy actually acted outside of the Federal Government forming a government of their own. BTW....California didn't even participate in Chattel Slavery...what the hell are THEY even debating about? You don't have ONE STATE giving out Reparations money. If that happened every nicca in the Union would flock to California for a check....and they KNOW this...maaaaaan, lol. It's not going to happen in Cali. They're playing games. Secondly..... All this talk of Reparations yet NOT ONE CHECK has been written. Notice that? Despite all the talk and debate and Black folks arguing over who should get what and how long your ancestors have been here ect.....fighting over money they haven't gotten. Not one bill has been passed to actually dole out Reparations and not one check has been written, yet Black folks are arguing with eachother over it. One Black man with a talk show will come on and diss 100 Black politicians and call them all kinds of coons and sell-outs.....over something NOBODY has even gotten yet. Black folks fighting Black folks.....literally over NOTHING. That's telling me that those who are generating this mess know EXACTLY what they're doing by constantly holding "studies" and "hearings" and making announcements about them to draw big crowds. It's designed to sew discord and cause confusion.
  23. ProfD This may seem like a silly question to ask, but I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure. So she admitted to her affair with him. Was what she did actually ILLEGAL? I know it may SEEM unethical.....but was it actually ILLEGAL?" Or if it wasn't illegal did she actually VIOLATE POLICY by her affair? If what she did wasn't illegal or a violation of policy....the entire "ethics" debate is null and void in my opinion because Trump has done so much unethical shit yet his supporters still back him regardless. Obviously "ethics" are up for interpretation and in some cases don't even matter. I wouldn't give a damn if the mayor of a city was fucking the chief of police...as long as the lights were on, people were working, and crime was low.
  24. You may not believe this because I generally don't provide sources or links to this assertion but I'll say it again for those who are willing to believe it.....lol. 1. The original Hebrews were a Black Kemetic (ancient Egyptian) tribe. Their name has been changed numerous times based on translation from Yiber, Yibri, Hebrew, and Eebo (Igbo of Nigeria). 2. One of the reasons they are in the Bible is because Moses/Musa was from Egypt and from that tribe and him and some others from that tribe were sent up from Kemet (ancient Egypt) into the mountains of the Caucasus to civilize the wild Caucasians.
