Will the real Donald Trump please stand up
Right This was one of the reasons. But to be real, a lot of MALE police officers feel free to do the same thing when it comes to BLACK female suspects.

Racism and prejudice in America
Really? Who? Certainly not SCIENCE Check out an excerpt from this article out about the disparities between the RACES when it comes to Diabetes: Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Diabetes Mellitus Diabetes mellitus (DM) has a disproportionately higher impact on minority communities in the United States (US). Presently, 13% of the general adult population in the US has diabetes. Figure 1 illustrates the notable variation in diabetes prevalence among racial and ethnic groups in the US. The data informing the graph, as depicted in Figure 1, were sourced from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s National Diabetes Statistics Report 2020 Health and Racial Disparities in Diabetes Mellitus Prevalence, Management, Policies, and Outcomes in the United States - PMC Not only does it mention RACIAL disparities acknowledging that there are more than one races, but it says racial AND ethnic, which clearly establishes that race and ethnicity are NOT synonymous and that race in and of itself is recognized apart from ethnicity.

🤨-Neither did I.

WWIII: India vs Pakistan
Both of these countries are nuclear powers, and they're trading blows right now as we speak. Is World War 3 about to break out? Even though neither nation is technically "white", anything that threatens major and massive destruction on a global scale is a potential threat to White racist hegemony because of it's destablizing effects on the global economy and infrastructure. You KNOW it's serious because earlier this morning the war was on every media outlet. India hit Pakistan with missiles and airstrikes and Pakistan shot down several Indian fighter jets. That was this morning. Now a hot war between two nuclear powers is 5th or 6th down the story line behind who Trump decided NOT to nominate to his cabinet, and in many cases not even talked about at all which means they're PURPOSELY trying to downplay what's happening to prevent panic. I remember during the 2020 riots over George Floyd when independent social media influencers were showing nearly HALF of Minneapolis on fire...you didn't hear a PEEP out of CNN or NBC or ABC about what was happening on the streets. I think Fox New reported fires being set in the city but minimized it to dumpsters or something and then went on to talk about Covid lockdowns. The policy of the main stream media was to talk about anything EXCEPT the obvious news that should be talked about, until the riots became so widespread that they couldn't cover it up or keep it suppressed any longer. I suspect it's the same with this.

Say What?
Oh, my bad.... When it said "this sentence" I thought it was talking about the sentence above it....not the sentence itself. Perhaps it DOES say something about my intellect....lol.

A Damn Embarrassment....
I'm not talking about an INDUSTRY like the NFL or NBA, I'm talking about an INDIVIDUAL or atleast his law firm.

Shannon. Sharpe. What's. Going. On. ???
Listen people....don't play games with me. Lol, don't be "contrary" just for the sake of it. That name ain't no damn "gender neutral"....it's a GIRLS NAME. It's been established since I could remember...in America atleast...that "shannon" was pretty much a girl's name and all yall know it! If you told somebody that "shannon" was waiting on them in the next room, when they walk in that room they're going to be expecting to see a FEMALE. If a girl told her mother that she was inlove with someone named "shannon" and was going to marry them, her mother would assume her daughter fell inlove with aother woman unless she made it clear he was a dude. Ohhhhh but now all of a sudden people want to be "linguistic scholars" and dig up the origins of shannon or list how many people in the history of humanity have used it. Ok, so I guess Linda, Molly, and Marie are "gender neutral" names too. Why? Because we can dig up SOME sort of evidence to justify it or find some FOOL naming their son one of those names and use that as "evidence" that these names that we THOUGHT were female are actually "gender neutral".

Personal Observations vs Statistics
Lol....but that wouldn't have been very fun...now would it?

The. Negro. Project. Abortion. .
If sexuality and sexual orientation are functions of the human brain and chemistry....can't the brain and chemistry be manipulated to cause or influence it?

Say What?
Co Br That's as far as I'll go in spelling out what I THOUGHT your "real name" is unless you want me to spell the entire thing out and point out the letters. Now the letters to THAT name are in THAT sentence. Period.

Will the real Donald Trump please stand up
Co I mean Cyn I mean aka Contrarian Most factories have Unions and women hold positions in these organizations, making sure female workers and their demands are met. And when it comes to supervision, a whole lot of men, especially black ones, will tell you how they hate having a female boss because they are so tough to work under. As for sexual harassment on-the-job, it can work both ways. Many female subordinates don't like female bosses because they can't pull the same shit on another woman that they can pull on a man....and get away with it. A woman is less likely to "giggle" and flirt her way out of disciplinary action from another female supervisor, unless she's lesbian. And even then.... Troy She overcompensated on being tough. What is the purpose of having women in the workplace if they are just going to try to act like a man... I've seen this before, many times. A lot of times a woman will act like what she THINKS a man will do rather than what a man will actually do in that situation. A lot of women assume people think she's soft, so like you said she'll often OVER compensate by being extra hard. However it still comes off as emotional and frantic...lol. I think as long as there are both men AND women in the workplace you need both male AND females in management for that balance. Like the police for. You need both male and female for a balanced perspective.

Racism and prejudice in America
First of all "racism" and "discrimination" are two different concepts that often overlap Secondly, because they're different...I will answer your question accordingly for both of them. Forget about America alone, as long as flaws exist in humanity PERIOD discrimination WON'T end and SHOULDN'T end. However racism WILL end only when different races no longer exist.

Time for a New Pope
ProfD Interesting how this thread went from a new Pope to skyscrapers . 😉 And it's probably going to take an even MORE interesting turn because...... umbararchist We could see the construction of the Sears Tower from the living room window of the fraternity when I was at the Illinois Institute of Technology. My pledge father was a super senior architect. What I found funny was that all of the architects were more interested in discussing how much money the architectural firm was making than the building. Fraternity??? Oh man....another Black Greek. Did you eventually make it to 0Sigma Pi Phi? If you did, you'd KNOW by now why those towers fell...lol.

Say What?
While the letters to THAT name is there...... Unless I'm mistaken (and I'm sure she'd let me know since she loves to point them out) HER NAME....Cynique's real name....is also contained in that sentence. Letter for letter. I would spell it out, but I don't want to get a PM from her begging me to.....lol...you know....lol.

The. Negro. Project. Abortion. .
Speaking of conspiracy* "theories"...... It is commonly believed through out the Black consciousness community that AfroAmericans have been targeted by racists with both abortion and homosexuality to reduce our population. Whether it's TRUE or not is irrelevant. Whether it's BELIEVED or not is irrelevant. The FACTS are both abortion and homosexuality have a hand in reducing our numbers REGARDLESS of their origins or intent behind them. Having said that..... For the record: 1. I believe women should have the right to choose whether or not they want to have a baby. I believe the father does have SOME say in it, but not as much as the mother since we aren't carrying like she is. 2. I support QUALITY over QUANTITY. It's not enough just to have a bunch of Black folks who aren't doing shit. We need a PRODUCTIVE population who are actually building something, producing, and defending what they build. Coming from Detroit which had and still has a strong Nation of Islam presence, I know how to compare the 2. I'd MUCH rather live in a small town of 10,000 intelligent righteous civilized Black people who know how to behave AND defend themselves and their community against racist aggression when need be.....than live in a big city of 1 MILLION dumb ass, dusty, no good niggaz who do nothing but smoke dope, sell dope, and will kill eachother over a stare....but won't bust a damn grape if a racist White cop comes into their community and kills one of them. So if a crack head wants to get an abortion, won't be mad at her. *At this point, are they really "theories" or are the racist plans targeting Black America now CONFIRMED FACTS?

Is There A Gen-Z Comparison?
When I catch myself trying to explain my love of Jodeci to somebody under 30 years old, I often think about that character "Pops" from the Wayans Bros. and how he used to talk about Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes. Another thing introducing Autotunes and making it common among contemporary artists did was "even" the playing field so that White artists and Black artists could pretty much sound the same on the rhythm tip when our natural voices are clearly superior. Before 2000, it was fairly clear and well known among Americans both Black and White what "sounding Black" meant. Even when talking over the phone. So when a Paula Abdul or Tina Marie came out you had to look at them funny and be amazed at how these White girls (Arab in the case of Paula) could "sound Black". Same with Michael McDonald back in the day, and less with Justin Timberlake. One of the prides of FBA culture was being able to distinguish ourselves through the quality of our entertainment. Racists constantly seek ways to either copy or neutralize this distinction because it's hard to claim superiority when everything AfroAmericans do is of higher quality and in higher demand.

Are We "Tribalistic" By Nature?
frankster No.... Tolerance is a CHARACTERISTIC of non-violence Violence has characteristics. NON-violence is simply the ABSCENCE of violence. Tolerance is not Non-violent What???? How can you be tolerant of something and violent toward it as the same time? Perhaps you've been a little smoking TOO much of that sticky-green, lol. Malicious means to have cause harm or to intent to cause harm.. I repeat, malicious DOES NOT necessarily mean violent. Violence can be expressed a variety of forms.....primarily Physical Psychological Verbal Emotional Personal(reputation) Financial etc There IS no "verbal" or "emotional" violence. Violence is physical in nature whether it's ACTUAL violence or the THREAT of violence. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/violence Harm is to cause physical damage or injury. Not necessarily. You can harm someone emotionally or harm their reputation without putting hands on them. How Republican of you......rewriting an obvious truth with falsity whilst the truth is still evident. ...and how DEMOCRAT of you, using the same failed tactics over and over again but expecting success, lol. You may not have used the word violent....instead in the proof above you used the word - malicious the meaning is clear. Yes...very clear. Which is why your attempts to SPIN my words and make them mean something other than what I intend for them to mean is so "malicious" Malcolm is not accusing....he is asking? - big difference. Malcolm already accept that fact....that many black people grew up hating themselves and the situation they are in... Exactly. Malcolm is speaking of it being a "given" that so many Black people hate themselves and hate being around eachother. Now, you won't accuse HIM of being racist and implying that Black folks are more "hateful" than White folks, will you? Please provide the quote from Garvey that supports your assertions... "There are 400 million Africans in the world who have Negro blood coursing through their veins, and we believe that the time has come to unite these 400 million people toward the one common purpose of bettering their condition. The great problem of the Negro for the last 500 years has been that of disunity. No one or no organization ever succeeded in uniting the Negro race. But within the last four years, the Universal Negro Improvement Association has worked wonders. It is bringing together in one fold four million organized Negroes who are scattered in all parts of the world." https://historymatters.gmu.edu/d/5124 If you are going to practice this level of denial...then in future our dialogue will be ones of an exchange of opinions - with no regards to facts and truths. No regards to facts and truths??? Looks like you got a head start on THAT a loooong time ago, lol.

A Damn Embarrassment....
Man, people are HAAAAAARD on my boy Ben Crump...lol. I ain't mad at him. He's doing the best he can, lol. They may call him an ambulance chaser but I keep asking who else has made more Black millionaires these past 10 years????

Is There A Gen-Z Comparison?
But that intro though -(if you don't miiiiiind...say it agaaain) That song is about 30 years old. Come on @ProfD... Like you said, every generation critics the following generation and I know music and styles change over the generations, but seriously....what group among the Millenials or Generation Z has come up with any RnB group that could compare to Boy-II-Men, Jodeci, Mint Condition, or Guy? We won't even get into the genius work of George Clinton and The Parlaiment, The Commodores, and Marvin. These kids aren't even singing anymore. They're letting "autotunes" and AI generate the sounds for them.

A Damn Embarrassment....
I did a quick bio check on Rev. Barber and actually he's not that old. Just 61. I think it's how he gets around that makes him seem older. Honestly, I hadn't even heard of the dude up until a few years ago. Nothing against him personally...but how did HE become some sort of Civil Right's Icon or leader? What has he accomplished on the national scale to qualify as a recognized AfroAmerican leader? I'd accept Ben Crump as a "Black leader" before Barber. Atleast he's winning high profile court cases involving racism and making Black folks rich. We have to be careful of the people that media props up before us as our "leaders".

Are We "Tribalistic" By Nature?
frankster At no time did I claim Africans are Non-violent.... Tolerant.....accepting condoning or Allowing differences. But you DID claim they are tolerant. Being non-violent is a CHARACTERISTIC of being tolerant. Can someone be "tolerant" and practice violence at the same time? Do not leave out "malicious"....doing or intending to cause harm - injury Malicious means ill intent, not necessarily violent. To do or cause harm is violence Not necessarily. Violence is PHYSICAL in nature. You could harm someone verbally, financially, emotionally, psychologically, etc.... If someone HARMS your reputation, that's not an act of violence. Try as you might you can run...but you cannot hide from the truth The TRUTH is...I never said that Africans were more violent than others. That's just a strawman argument you generated and decided to focus on because you couldn't defend your "tolerant Africa" claim. No.... Its a rhetorical question....meant to stimulate thought - not an accusation Yet he DOES accuse the Black people of the audience of hating their features and hating themselves to the point they don't want to be around eachother. But you don't accuse Malcolm X of implying that Black folks are more violent because they hate themselves and don't want to be around eachother, because you understand the point he's making. But when I point out the fact that Black folks aren't as united as others and tend to be divided in a more malicious way.....a problem that Black leaders since Marcus Garvey have pointed out....you want to use THAT as an excuse to build up a strawman argument that I'm being racist against Africans and trying to portray them as more violent. Which you have failed miserably to accomplish I've done it numerous times, you just refuse to accept it. Instead, you seek to change the focus of the subject. I can say water is wet...and you can argue that it's actually dry. Who can stop you from NOT acknowledging the truth and that you've been proven wrong? You just refuse to do it because you can.
