One thing I know for sure about most is that talent is to hard to find that matches where the business is at its current state and where it is trying to go. In addition there is a level of distrust that still exists among the Black community that I have experienced as a talent and setting out on my own. I just read Cynique's lamenting I also watched the last few minutes of the Knicks win over his royal majesty Lebron James' Miami heat.
