Whenever a black person gets shot by law enforcement its because they dont comply. Police are trained to tell a suspect of any kind to show their hands, dont move, and to comply. You know why? So a suspect doesnt make any sudden/ suspicious movements that can be construed as putting a police officer at risk. Grabbing a cell phone can look like a gun. The “impulse control and structured family act “ The bill would send resources to area’s where the most violence and unstructured families are. It will have special schooling and courses. As mentioned before, when it comes to interracial dating, sex, and marriage.....I have a DOUBLE STANDARD. My rules for Black women are much different than my rules for Black men. I personally believe that Black men should be able to date and have sex with any race of women who consent, as long as HE has the upper hand in the relationship. However when it comes to Black women, I don't approve of them having sex with or even marrying White men except for EXTREME circumstances. I know this standard isn't equal, but I think it IS relatively fair.

A few months ago I was having a conversation with an older White woman in her 70s and we were talking about the Civil Rights movement and why so many White women today voted for and supported Donald Trump and the Republican party and she said something that made a lot of sense.
