Chapter Three I have not gotten to the part where Robinson discusses when we had agreed upon Black leaders. Chapter 4 talks about Black women and how they have crafted a happy lifestyle devoid of men where they travel freely and all sorts of things alone.

Has anyone else noticed that Black women are disproportionately featured in commercials that not only sell feminine products but also commercials about STDs and foul smelling vaginal odors? There has been a lot of talk about Polio in the news recently. My only experience with Polio was when I was a kid I had a counselor (white) that told me his older brother had polio and eventually died from it. It sounds like the threat of contracting Polio was a very scary thing back then. I don't know what to tell you, but after years of slamming Tyler Perry flicks I found his most recent effort; Why Did I Get Married Too (2010) to be very entertaining. Sure the movie had all kinds of outrageous Tyler Perryesque drama, but it just seemed to be better than his previous efforts -- certainly better than the first installment Why Did I Get Married (2007). Maybe the flick reasonated with me more than his other efforts. At any rate, I think this movie was Tyler's best film to date.
