I've noticed over the past 10 years or so not only is there a rise in Black female/ White male relationships.....but for the past year or so I've noticed that they have actually OVER TAKEN the Black male / White female relationships! Maybe I'm just noticing it more but it appears that now in 2024 in the public places I've been, there are MORE Sistaz running around with White dudes than Bruthaz running around with White women. This is a huge problem in my opinion for a number of reasons..........

While I disliked the film Us, one thing I did like about it was the presentation of a straight up dark-skinned Black family. No obviously mixed Black people, no swirling couples. But seemingly, the vast majority of couples where Black people are involved are mixed race -- usually a Black woman with a white guy. The Hurricane Dorian situation had me a bit down emotionally the past few days. I have recently been trying to qualify time. I have chosen times both for myself, friends and clients. So far the results have been good. I have found ways of describing time and then commencing activities at specific point in time to capture and utilise the energy of time.
